A Student Entry Form must accompany every piece of art entered into the competition. 

 

Any entry that includes photographs of a person or multiple people, other than the artist, must be submitted with a consent form signed by every person featured in the artwork. If you fail to acquire and include the consent forms, your artwork will be excluded from competition. The consent form is the third page of the "Student Entry" document.
